acting o hindi, , Guilty pa din c Kho. at yun ang importante ^_^
Hey mister, don't make conclusions without understanding the whole thing. Videotaping your acts in the privacy of your bedroom is never a crime. There is no law that explicitly bans anyone from videotaping what anyone does. Whatever anyone does in the privacy of the home, especially in the bedroom, is private and inviolable. So where is the guilt? What is the crime committed? What's the basis for you to say that the guy is guilty?
If you go by the books, the first thing which should have been done is to authenticate the video. Was that ever done? If it was never authenticated, it is inadmissible as evidence and it assumes the character of a hearsay, gossip or in tagalog, "tsismis". On the other hand, why are we being preoccupied with something that is private and personal? Why are you trying to judge something that someone does in the privacy of the bedroom? When has a sex act done in one's bedroom done by two consenting adults become a crime? Because it was portrayed in video? In a part of the video that I saw, the guy plays on the girl's private parts and the girl seems to enjoy what the guy was doing. Where is the "binaboy"? When you touch your gf's pussy and she enjoys it implies na "binaboy" mo sya? C'mon, walang crime at walang may kasalanan at walang dapat pag usapan. Walang ex post facto law sa Pilipinas. Maski nga definition ng "indecent" at "pornography" eh hindi pa specific ang definition at community standards lang ang ginagamit pero which community is that?
Botttomline nito eh wala lang magawa ang mga supposed mambabatas at gusto lang magkaroon ng media mileage so maski anong issue eh sasakyan para lang magkaroon ng publicity - and throw caution to proper legal niceties.
