Appeal

In an official statement, Bong Osorio, head of ABS-CBN’s corporate communications department, appealed to the media to respect Failon’s privacy.

"We appeal to everyone to please respect the privacy of Ted Failon and his family," Osorio said, adding that Trinidad "is fighting for her life."

As of this posting Wednesday, lawyers of Failon and police investigators are still discussing whether they should bring the news anchor to Camp Caringal for further questioning.

The police, however, said that Failon can decline the invitation.

Just last Monday, two national papers both quoted former president Joseph Estrada as saying Failon was among his choices for the opposition’s Senate ticket in 2010.

It is very intriguing why ted tell to substitute "po" to "pa"

po is used if you are talking to an older person to give respect and if you are talking to your husband or creating a suicide  note. It should have a emotional sentences, the reason why she shot herself, and biding goodbye to your loveones.

the bullets entry point is sideways, if a child accidentally fires the gun to his mother, the entry of the bullet should be upwards.

we're on the same boat budz idiot... evenif at the back of my mind telling me the other way... dragging issues needed some help from other guyz.. and that's ted & the housemates entered the picture...

there are other theories floating around as well. one of which was the shooting was accidental. maybe they were having an argument then gun pointing and accidentally pulled the trigger. basta ang daming theories na nagliliparan.

Im amazed on your analysis but i think its too early to have a conclusion. Anyway sa klase ng procedure how to handle a crime scene sa atin kahit pa malaman nila ang tutoo they can cover it up. For now the best thing to do is pray for ted's wife soul. May she rest in peace.

dapat i-dismiss na yung kaso kung meron man.  sino ba ang biktima dito? di ba pamilya nila ted at kamag anak nung asawa nya?  kung lahat sila naniniwala na suicide so be it.  wag na sanang pagpilitan na may foul play yung mga biktima tanggap na nila eh.  pinalalaki lang alam naman nating wala rin namang mangyayari dito kung ituloy ng kapulisan yung theory nilang may foul play.  una wala naman silang capability na i-prove yung theory nila pangalawa laging merong two side of story sa pinas na both parties may kanya kanyang sympatizers he said she said na naman.  maraming mas importanteng bagay o kaso ang dapat asikasuhin ng kapulisan case dismissed.  yung kaso nga ni ninoy, nida blanca at iba pang high profile case di nalutas ito pa kaya?  mainit lang dahil bago pero wala ring mangyayari dito kaya tanggapin na lang na suicide like i said yung mga biktima tanggap na nila kaya wag nang mag inarte ang iba dyan.
