so kung depress na ang blood cells nya at lalo pang nadepress dahil sa chemo kaya napaaga syang nadedo
sa may alam diba ang isang side effect ng chemo is leukemia, tama ba?
No offense meant pero illogical ang line of reasoning nyo sir. Ang target ng chemo is to kill cells that multiply "rapidly" (primary characteristic of cancer cells). In the process, nadadamay din yung mga cells na natural na mabilis dumami (bone marrows, hair follicles, etc). Actually, if we were to think of it, chemotherapy is best suited for patients with leukemia. If it was another type of cancer unnecessary side effect lang, sa leukemia target tlga ang bone marrows. I also think it's logical that they replace lost blood cells via transfusions and blood stem cell transplant.
Also, ndi side effect ng chemotherapy in general ang leukemia. Only a number of drugs na ginagamit sa chemo (for breast cancer patients I believe) ang ngiinduce ng leukemia. And based yun sa genetics ng isang tao and how mgrereact sa chemicals. o.O
