It's war here in Lanao Del Note

weew! ang hirap mabuhay pag nasa war zone. Just around 5am this morning, the clash broke out in Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte between MILF and the AFP. Schools and houses were burned. 1 priest was kidnapped. Buses were ambushed. A lot of civilians died. They are pushing thru to Maigo to Napo. In our city which is Iligan, 2 bombs exploded yesterday. Everyone got panic...the city is now on full alert. If the rebels can break thru the Barangay Linamon border...that's it. That's the last holding line in Iligan City.

The worst part is... Our president who is at the same time an Iliganon-Blooded did not say a statement yet. Even Malacañang is keeping their tongue on hold.


It's 8:30am on my watch and according to the latest intel report.. MILF rebels are now in the upper lands of Linamon.

Please pray for our safety guys. We are now in a serious situation.

My prayers are with you bro.... Baka pwede pa kayo mag-evacuate muna if all else fails... this is some serious problems our government is facing against MILF.

True,taga-Iligan rin po ako at halos lahat ng mga tao dito ay nagpapanic na. Sana matapos na ito ASAP. Nagtataka lang ako kung bakit ala masyadong report sa TV tungkol sa mga pangyayari dito lalo na sa bombing na naganap kahapon dito sa iligan. As of now meron pong nagsasabi na meron na ring MILF sa Ilaya ( I don't know the exact spelling). Ginawa na rin po nilang campo ang isang paaralan sa Rogongon.

That is because......... This is the only way that the Charter Change or the Martial Law will be implemented. It's a game.. and we the civilians are the collaterals. GMA Sucks!

My paps called me last night na wag umalis ng bahay and kung meron akong kilala from Lanao de Norte na papunta ng Iligan eh wag daw muna paalisin. And he's right...

im from lambaguhon, which is located next to Ilaya. nanginginig na po kami sa takot dito, dahil nagtatago na raw ang mga ilang groups ng MILF sa Ilaya. Wala rin po gaanong muslim dito sa amin kaya malaki chance na pupunta sila dito. Dami na pong helicopter na nag scout dito. huhuhu. sana This is still not the moment.

8 priest were held hostage. Unconfirmed report one priest was killed. HOuses and business establishment were burned. Buses were straffed. Civilians are evacuating via the shore or by the sea. Kasama na ang town nang linamon, maigo ang kauswagan.

This area is under commander bravo who is also responsible of the ferry bombing.

update as of 10:10 AM:

nag text na po ang kaibigan ko na nasa Kauswagan ngayn na marami rawng patay na civilians sa lapayan. sila ay tinorture. Pinatakbo raw sila at tsaka pinagbaril ang mga paa. meron dawng isang taong nakaligtas na nakita ng kaibigan ko pero puno ng bala raw ang kanyang paa. more than 20 houses na raw ang kinain ng apoy sa kauswagan. at tsaka more than 500 MILF ang lulusong dito sa Iligan city today. let us pray po na hindi po talaga ito mangyayari.

       Sa mga taga Iligan po, mas mabuti pong mag ready na po tayo, at kung maari mag pack na ng emergency kits or storage kung saan dun ilagay ang mga important things para po kung sakaling mag - evacuate na tyo sa ating place ay meron pa rin po tayong madadala. Let us all pray po for the Safety of all people.

they are still holding linamon...AFP are now planning their strategy. Yung mga iliganon dito...please stay at home from 3pm onwards. Intel reports that another bomb will blow this afternoon. Be cautious. Sa St. Michael's wala kaming pasok bukas... the rebels had over runned Kolambugan...simul ung pag attack nila.

yung mga tao, parang hayop. pinatakbo taz babarilin. that's bullshit!

just listen to the news...and pray for us guys.
