Toyota Hilux or Nissan Navara?
« on: January 28, 2011, 07:55:20 pm »
Mga tol, gusto ko sana kunin ang opinions nyo sa pick-ups. Alin po ba ang maganda sa dalawa .. Hilux or Navara?

In terms of speed, handling, performance and safety. I've been told kasi na di maganda ang handling ng Hilux kasi kapag curves eh parang natutumba just like Fortuner.

Thanks po..

Toyota 2.5 G (the 2.7L gas is no longer available) has 102 hp with the dimensions of the 4x4 variant.

Nissan Navarra 2.5L generates 144hp and is lighter with slightly smaller dimensions and rides low than the Hilux.

The Navarra is fine with nice interior but rides quite low. The Hilux runs on small wheels.
The best-buy Strada is actually the 2.5L 4x4 variant.
Not to include the Dmax, Trekker, and BT-50 which also demand consideration.

However among the 2 you mentioned above, I will pick the Navarra. hth

Based on my experience sa Toyota Hilux, gusto ko ung under chassis and suspension system. In terms in fuel consumption, matipid ung Hilux pero ung riding comfort ng Navara maganda. Hinde ka talaga bibitawan ng Hilux pag dating sa harsh environment at terrain. That was just my two cents.

i think mas matipid ang navarra. mas maliit yung navarra means light weight than hilux and not to mention the 6 speed manual transmission.  isa pa yung navarra 2.5 crdi while yung hilux is meron 2.5 and 3.0 d4d which has lots of issues. (check tsikot)

yup talaga mas matipid yang navarra. its because of light weight chasis and 6 gear transmission.
