pinag-tataka ko lang sa testimony ni lozada sa senate, he said that joey's proposed deal was better because no liability to the gov't. pero sa tape lumalabas na Lozada is telling Joey that kukuha sila ng point doon sa 130 million...in other words kukuha sila ng percent doon sa kickback. If they are negotiating with avalos then doesn't that mean that they are all in it walang Avalos group or Joey group...just one group.
this is my conspiracy theory thoughts:
In order for a major government project to take shape it needs to go to bidding. It's a big project and maybe they are thinking that no local bidders will be there...so to make it legit they created the amsterdam holding. But knowing that when the company's are investigated they will find that amsterdam holding is not well funded and that the contract will go back to ZTE.
