guys patulong naman ako,
currently ang problema ko eh tong internet connection ko, which is smartbro canopy plan 999
kapag nakaconnect sa router (TPLINK TL-WR340G) ung modem, frequently yung request timed out nya, tried connecting my other desktop (still using the router) and still the same, cant ping kahit google.com man lang.tried using the troubleshooting and came up with "the connection between you access point, router, cable modem and the internet is broken and sa point pa lang na marereset ung canopy ko and im trying to log-in the account. Kapag modem direct connect sa pc ko, maayos connection ko.
and googled some solutions, i tried reseting the winsock. but still no luck. kahit kagabi sa laptop naman connected siya sa wireless(signal is excellent) pero limited connectivity (on and off ang internet access ko) with that yellow exclamation point on my network icon at lower left corner.
ill try using another router (but still old) later.
