Mga spies, ganto situation namin we have been subscriber of Bayantel for 6 years gamit namin for general use only. Residential plan siya. 2 months ago my sister found an existing promo online and upgraded our plan to a higher speed from 2mbps to 3mbps including their wifi modem. We're satisfied naman sa speed kahit medyo hindi na mmeet yung actual speed ganon talaga eh.

The problem is, for the first month ok yung bill which is P2499 second month nagulat kami ang bill namin naging Php3299! they told us wala na yung existing promo for our plan and we have to pay the internet and the telephone as well which is supposedly bundled! furthermore we want to downgrade our plan or Switch to other ISP! but they said its not allowed anymore coz once we UPGRADED, WE ARE LOCKED IN AGAIN FOR ANOTHER TWO YEARS!!! I asked them to quote me anything online that it says an existing subscriber who upgrade their plan would be locked in again. But they cant show me anything and they said that they are just following protocols. wtf.

Ano ba solusyon dito? We want to change our ISP so badly.

pede ireklamo yan! mali yan! maganda makausap mo sa office mismo kesa sa mga calls representative nila.. abutin ka ng syam syam jan pra maareglo. Nagka prob ako dati sa sky cable from 3999 naging 6999 bill ko, naayos ko nga sya kaso after 6 months  ;D anyway dapat kasi wala na din ung lock period nya since wala na din naman yung recent na promo na nakuha nyo!

Wag nyo na lang bayaran bro, ung lock in period parang panakot lang nila un. Pakabit na lang kayo ng ibang isp.

tignan nyo muna yung promo at policy

kung wala naman sa policy or pinirmahan kontrata na dapat mgababayad kayo ng ganyan pwede silang idemanda or ireklamo sa DTC

It's a trap pareho lang sila ng smartbro.i pa permanent disconnect mo pre hanggat kaka renew plang ng contract

sa bayantel office ka mismo magreklamo kasi pag over the phone usually call center lang yan and scripted lang ang mga sagot nila, hindi sila makakabigay ng mas detailed answer nor do they have the authority to give such an answer
