To the people of Olongapo and Subic pls. beware of LYNK ASIA OUTSOURCING CORPORATION. It’s the worst call center company in the planet. For those who are desperate to have a job, don’t fall on their traps. If you want to work in a call center, there’s a lot of legitimate company in Clark and Manila.
I’ve worked at NCO for several years, just only last month when I decided to stay here in Olongapo to find a call center job. Anyway, Lynk Asia is an outbound call center that promotes/endorses vacation packages like Wyndham and Global Exchange Vacation Club (GEVC). Clients are based in Australia and US. To cut the story short, their modus operandi is to hire call center agents who will undergo training for 2 wks. Even if you have 10 years of call center experience, it’s a must to undergo their training. You will have 100 pesos per day during your training period, without transportation and meals. However, they will extend your training up to a month. Afterwards, the account will be closed for unknown reasons and all the trainees for that account will be fired right away. Just like what happened to us. Then they will hire another set of call center agents to do the job for them with only 100 pesos per day. What a waste of time, effort and money! Moreover, the GEVC vacation package is a SCAM....there are many complaints from US clients about this vacation thing. If you don’t believe on this you can Google it and find out the real story behind GEVC. So guys, this is just a reminder, think twice before submitting your resume to Lynk Asia.
