well, kung wala kang premium account, you have to be bear with some delays. what i do is that after downloading a large file, i turn off the computer, including the modem, for a minute or two, then turn on the computer again. but this only works if you're ISP is, he hee, i don't know the term. kasi, in my case my isp address changes everytime i turn on the computer (pldt dsl). tama bang term yun? so, mawawala yung waiting time. but this method doesn't work kung fix na yung isp address mo, or if you are working in a network, like sa office namin. kasi, even if i turn off my notebook, the main connection sa server stays on. so hindi nag change yung isp address mo (is that the correct term?)
