mga sir.. may naka experience n po b s inyo nito n kapag mag oopen palang ng any application (e.g. IE, Mozilla, game/s at office application) ay nag ko-close n xa kagad.. ano po ang best way para mawala ang ganitong problem? any suggestions, comments and corrections are highly appreciated.. tnx in advance!

this is NOT brontok virus. more likely its one of the newer ones patterned similar to brontok (method of infection and symptoms are similar) BUT it is not brontok. kung brontok yan, dapat naayos na yan ng combofix.

this is most likely a new variant loose out there in which combofix has not yet been updated to also fix it. we need more info so we would know what kind of infection it does. a hijackthis log and a log of logme by euverve will help us determine what course of action to take next.

post a log using hijackthis
post a log also using logme by euverve

hijackthis will post running processes and other data
logme will post what files are in your root directory (it will show entries that are not reported in hijackthis)

sa experience ko mga *.exe file. pag nag install ako hanggang 2 to 3 steps nag at nag automatic close sya. pag inoopen ko ulit may warning na "you cannot run multiple process". so di ko tuloy ma install ang program another is sa networkking, kung mag network ako 2 to 3 steps lang close agad. pag i click mo ulit ang network wizard hindi na sya ma open kaya restart ako pero pabalik2 lang ang problema hindi magkanet works.

anong virus kya ito....grabeh nakk hina ng loob

salamat po mga sir.. gumamit nlng ako ng ghost para ighost ko s ibang maayos n pc ung isang pc.. solve n po ang problem ko...
