Actually mga ka espiya di sya hacking nahulaan lng yung password nya. then nakita ng kaibigan ko yung mga conversation nila na puro masasama yung sinasabi sa conversation. Balak na kaibagan ko na mag sampa ng cyber libel. Maari din po bang makasuhan yung kaibigan ko ng hacking?

If I undertand it correctly, yung mga "masasama" na sinabi against sa kaibigan mo was done so in a private conversation with another individual. Tama ba? Unless its done to ruin the name/image of your friend in the hopes of getting the upper hand on something, a bussines deal for example, then I dont think there are grounds for a complain. Its a free country you know, and every one is entitled to their own opinion. Plus its not like he/she publicly slandered your friend.
Your friend on the other hand may be liable. Cyber espionage, stalking, invasion of privacy? Im not sure.

Kahit po ba pagbintangan ka ng mabigat na paratang na hindi mo naman ginagawa?pingbibintangan kasi yung friend ko na drug lord daw.actually po may nagsabi na pinamamalita bali humanap lang po ng way yung friend ko na makakuha ng ebidensya.

Kung pinamamalita then thats another story, it may qualify as slander. What your friend needs to do is hanapin yung mga napag sabihan and convince then to testify na talagang pinag kakalat nga and point out directly kung sino ang nag kakalat.. If it is just a conversation between 2 individual or a small group of people and its just between them, then there is nothing much you can do about it.

if the evidence was illegally obtained it is not legal to use that in court.

1) Guessing Passwords or Accessing Private information such as conversations without the permission of the owner is HACKING
2) Any evidence acquired illegally will be rejected by the court
3) this was in a Private conversation not a Published Statement or Report, wala pa ata nakulong dahil sa Tsimis, can you imagine if the Criminal Justice system actually went after people who spread rumors? baka kalahati ng Pilipinas nasa kulungan

Wala kang kaso kasi yung ebidensya mo galing sa pag-iinvade nang privacy ng isang tao. Hindi yan tatanggapin ng korte.
And hindi mo siya makakasuhan ng cyber libel kasi hindi naman published for other people to see yung sinabi, sa pagkakaintindi ko, galing siya sa isang private conversation.

pwede po masabing libel ang ginawa nya kung sinabi niya sa isang individual upang makapanira ng kapwa.
advise ko lang po as an individual (am not a lawyer) iwasan niya lang po yung person. unless the person is using this to gain advantage in work or promotion. please seek advise sa counsel (lawyer) sa dapat na gagawin. don't ever mention the content of the conversation na nakita sa nahack na account he will be held liable sa pag-gather ng evidence.

if your friend can pinpoint the people whom the alleged rumors was said then he has a case... i agree on all who said that the conversation which was obtained through "hacking" is inadmissible on court...

hindi magagamit as evidence if it is acquired through hacking because illegal ang means ng pag obtain. And in fact if it is proven na hinack nga, your friend shall be liable for illegal access under ra. 10175 or the anti cyber crime law
