Help me with Internet Sharing Through LAN

2 lang na pc ang kinoconnect tapos pag tinurn-on ang isa, mawawala ang net ng isa. so, bale, isa lang nag nagkakanet kahit connected na ang dalawa through LAN.

pano po ba para mashare ang net connection?

please help me. or if pwede, provide the steps po. thanks sa lahat!

Kung hub lang at wala kang router, need mo ng server... pero since na mura na naman ngayon ang router (check mo modem mo, baka may built in router) bumili ka na lang, mas madali.

yan din ang suggestion ng friend ko, bili daw ng bagong router.

pero gusto ko yung mas nkaka save sana. hehh

diretso ko lang saksak yung lan cable sa port ng pldt dsl eh. thanks!

im not sure kung pwede yung ung connection mo na mag share ng walang router kase ung ibang connection is a stand alone connection so kailangan talaga ng router!

basta router pa rin best suggestion ko sa problem mo dude .. kase sure ka na maayos ang pag ka share ng connection mo pag nag ka router ka..

puwde naman walang router basta may switch ka lang at isang lan card. (kung meron ka nang switch)

pero kung wala ka pang switch mas mabuti router na lang ang bilihin mo.

kong dalawang PC lang kahit ala ng switch o router. gawin mong dalawang lancard yong isang PC, isang NIC diretso sa ISP, isang NIC naka cross cable papunta sa isang PC.

ISP -----> PC1 (server) -x-x-x-x-> PC2

yon nga lang kailangan mo talagang buksan si PC1 kong gusto mong gamitin si PC2.

tama rin yong sinabi ni manoyihay...ganito naman setup nun

ISP -----> PC1 (server) -------> switch -------> PC2


------->: straight cable
-x-x-x->: cross cable
