well, it depends upon your sophistication and computer skills... if you want the uber IP hider tools use TOR, it is used by many embassy and diplomatic missions to hide to their communication from snoop

I used TORPARK but you have to be very patient because its speed is slow. Good thing is, they can provide you with a proxy IP usually from countries like USA, Germany and China. Its good to use it when you want to hide your IP vis-a-vis identity when posting in forums. Not really hide your ip, they only give you a substitute.

you cannot totally hide your IP address because it is needed so you can connect to the internet. kung baga parang ID yan. No ID, no entry kung baga. what most people do is they use some program (i.e. use of proxies) to mask their real IP address so simple detections will detect a different IP being used. HOWEVER, this does not mean that your real IP is really hidden already. There are still detection methods available that will get past the proxy IP and show your real IP.

a sample program for proxies (if you don't want to do it manually) is hide IP platinum.

use ip proxy na lang.. but expect ka din ng mabagal na connection
