Topic: how to outwit rapidshare for globe broadband users

If this has been posted kindly delete if mods..

First open a modzilla or IE then type in the address bar 192.168.1.254

It should prompt you the user name and password in order to access

Enter both in the username and password  admin

Then click the disconnect in the wan section and wait for 60 sec and then click connect...

Wait another 60 sec and then try to download again...

You have just manually changed your ip address in order to download from rapidhare (because rapidshare allows free users to download only 1 at a time and has a specified minute or hours in order to download again) but remember as you change a ip address you may get a ip address that had already downloaded files from rapidshare so just keep changing your ip address until you can download again

I don't know if this works for other ISP's

if you can connect to your modem then you can also do this too

In other words bro, ididisconnect mo yung dsl mo at magrereconnect ka ulit para maiba ang IP mo. Ok lang ito sa mga naka dynamic ip

so parang nireset mo lang ang modem.. ganun kasi ginagawa ko after mgDL ng movies sa rapid tinatanggal ko un plug ng modem ko ng mga 10-15secs para marefresh den plug ulit. tapos nun pede na ulit. pghalimbawa ayaw, tinatagalan ko un time bago iplug ulit.. ganun lang sikreto..
