problem sa switch is you need cables, jacks and kailangan close proximity under, Router doesn't necessarily mean for Internect connection, laptops have wifi so makes sense router would be the easiest way to go since laptops malamang they will move places within the range like from living room, dining area, bedroom or even bathroom

Thank you mga sir, I appreciate all the help. Actually nasa abu dhabi na ako and i will be going back sa pinas ngayong december.

So the best way para makapaglaro kami ng walang internet at makapag connect ang laptop namin is Ethernet Cable? Ad hoc connection? Router?. Sensya na medyo nalito eh. Mga 6-8 players kami.

mga unang connection sa computer was Using Cables tawag nila Ethernet cables, switch (saan isinasaksak yung mga cable) at router (sya yung mag-coconect sa iba't ibang devices tulad ng printer, cctv or telephone at sa internet) Tawag Nila sa connection ay LAN (Local Area Network)

may dalawang klasing cable configuration one is straight thru cable(tama ba spelling) one is crossover cable

ngayon e nauso WLAN or wireless connection dina gumagamit ng cable

ad hoc TS walang kahirap-hiarap di ka pa gagastos all you need is to create an an hoc connection from the laptop which you want to be the server kelangan lng mabilis pa ra di maglag yung game.. natry na namin to with my colleagues while on the beach walang trip counter strike lang may dala dala kaming generator tuloy na ang ligaya... hihihihi

agree ako d2, no need gastos, kaso nga lng kylangan mo hi end na laptop na mag-act as server para sa ad-hoc.
