The Boards of Education is an institute of Higher Learning here at espiya, and thus we are setting higher standards inm the Boards of Education:

Requirements to post in the Boards of Education:
* Willing to learn and share knowledge
* Must have the ability to explain ideas using proper communication, whether in English or Filipino.
The Communication protocol:
IF YOU ARE THE THREAD STARTER, observe these protocol:
--- No text/shortcut language
--- Observe capitalization
--- Write in complete sentences
* Classroom discipline is required. Your professor may delete any thread that does not adhere to the communication protocol.  Anybody may leave the classroom anytime if you do not wish to comply with the discipline. In other words, just don't join the discussion.
* Noise and loitering is not allowed. No cursing, shouting or flaming. Observe the espiya Code of Conduct.
* Discussions may be intellectual in nature, so you may meet some philosophical and genius types here. Get prepared for some "battle of the brains."
