Let this be a lesson to anyone in the audience planning the usual Tuesday multi-billion dollar video game console launch: dropping the price by a healthy chunk (like, say, $100) does very good things for sales for systems like the PS3 on sites like Amazon. Links:

these are the people who actually waited and ddnt buy the ps3 when it came out at 60gb @599 and now its less $100 their patience has paid off, smart-ass the what now? ur man-crush on me is really stating to creep me out

You freaking missed the point. Paying extra cash just to get the console when it was still "the console" is freaking worth it. And still no regrets.

do u even know what ur talking about? the point of the post was the effect of the PS3 price slash on its status sales wise? u seem to be blabbing about something u cant seem to comprehend, what are u talking about paying "extra", the post dsnt even talk about paying extra to get the console, let me make it clear for u to understand:

u do realize just told our many co-spies who dont have monetary enough resources "NOT TO BUY CONSOLES COZ THEY CANT AFFORD THE ORIGINAL GAMES"?
