NASA draws up plans for nuke-packing asteroid interceptor

NASA has (thankfully) been working on various asteroid diverting measures for some time now, but the agency apparently still isn't satisfied with its options, and it's now showing off its newest bit of potential world-saving technology. Designed by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, this latest system would consist of six missile-like interceptor vehicles that would launch aboard an Ares V cargo launch vehicle, each carrying with them a 1.2-megaton B83 nuclear warhead. That, NASA says, should be enough to deflect an asteroid the size of the Apophis asteroid that's expected to pass within the orbit of the Earth and the Moon in April of 2029. So as not to make the problem even worse, the warheads apparently wouldn't actually strike the asteroid directly, but instead detonate at a distance of one-third of its diameter, generating a force that would (theoretically) deflect the asteroid out of the Earth's path.

oo nga tol... nakakatakot nga eh... sa May 2029 yung calculation ng pagdating ng asteroid... kung napanood nyo yung The Man How Saw Tomorrow yung tungkol sa mga prediction ni Nostradamus, eh may prediction sya dun na may bumagsak na asteroid sa earth tapos nagkaroon ng famine at ang mga tao ay magiging man eater dahil sa wala ng makain sa mundo.. ang prediction nya eh nung May 1989 kung di ako nagkakamali, di kaya nagkamali lang sya ng date at ito ay magaganap ngayong May 2029???

kuha na lang sila ng team ng professional drillers, isakay nila sa spaceship na Freedom and Independence papunta sa asteroid.. tapos huhukay sila sa asteroid para ibaon ung nuke.. tapos pag sumabog, mahahati sa dalawa ung asteroid tapos di na sya tatama sa earth..

crazy as hell if your going to blow that giant rock on orbit. why? Imagine a large rock thrown at you then your Clint Eastwood shooting the rock in mid-air bang blasted into bits woooo but still there are debris around... so if your going to blow that giant rock on orbit your just going to turn a big big big big big rock into bits of big rocks. The only way myb is to make the giant rock off-course how? use your imagination. Theoretically speaking Lame you Fuzzy!

alam nyo na ba yung planet x / planet nibiru??? sabi invisible na to sa south part ng earth... kasing laki daw ito ng jupiter at papunta na daw ito sa solar system natin... sabi by 2009 makikita ito ng lahat ng tao sa buong mundo... nadiscover na daw ito ng NASA noong 1983 pa... believe or not warning ito para sa'tin lahat.... sana di na to mangyari at mamiscalculate ito... di ko na sasabihin yung ibang details... watch nyo na lang at search nyo na lang about planet x / nibiru.... peace...
