samsung a52 please help how to reset with out loosing the files.

patulong naman mga boss na lock kasi samsung a52 ko nakalimutan ko password. fingger prints lang kasi gamit ko kapag nag restart pala phone nang hihingi nang password. may chance po bang mag hardreset\factory reset na hindi na wawala yung mga files?

All you need is a Computer, internet access, Samsung Account, and Samsung Enabled Account in your Phone for this Method to work, to unlock your phone without losing any Data.

kung meron ka samsung account go ka lang dito sa Find My Mobile ng Samsung: https://findmymobile.samsung.com/login

once you login click Mobile Device sa upper right corner then makikita mo dyan ang selection or highlights ng current
Mobile Device, in your case choose your Current Mobile Device "Samsung Galaxy A52"

then next dyan sa tab menu click and select Unlock My Phone, you will be needing to enter your Samsung account password again for confirmation then after that your phone will unlock instantly.
