Right on sir, my final thoughts is...
Pacquiao doesn't have to submit himself for a test that is not necessary just to prove moral, ethical and other bs grounds for the sake of a person who have questionable moral and ethical background. Whether its just a publicity stunt to get high ratings and payoffs, at the end of the day, people just want to see this to great boxers in the ring.
