they fund the operations and not the R and D that can be sell outside the countries like thesis other countries thesis are life changing innovations around the world and our thesis you need to fund yourself to create you idea where is the goverment help

instead convert cooking oil as  methyl ester to form a biodiesel so you create diesel the machine can cost around 2 million pesos

coordinate with many fastfood company if a fastfood companies produce 10 liters of waste cooking oil you ca create 5 liters of diesel thus eliminating the need of energy

if you can create diesel you have a fuel for your generator thus generating and selling electricity

if you can create electricity e-jeeps can now get energy so that they can move thus minimizing the cost of diesel and pollution


with this you can generate funds you don't need budgets this is how a scholar ng bayan needs to think like nature it produces efficient ways to survive
