It was a bad match up against the Mavs. In my opinion, the Warriors will have a harder time facing the Jazz. Boozer could dominate the series unless they deny him the ball like what they did with Dirk. My prediction is, they will split the first four then Jazz will win the next two.

west finals siguro may chance, but i dont think they can beat the winner in the spurs/suns series.

 they lost tonite...but they came close... talo sila sa rebounding ni Boozer and Okur..yung Williams ang galing din ! pero makakalusot siguro ang Warriors...walang kaba at takot kasi ... mga maliliksi at walang tigil sa kakatakbo ...
they just need to be more careful with the ball the last two minutes. thats where they lose the close games.
But if they make it ... I think they will lose to the Spurs ! ... Yup, I pick the Spurs over the Suns ... The Suns can't guard Parker and Genobli ... Plus, there's Timmy ! and the Spurs will beat Detroit in the Finals !

Nellie did a wonderful job againsts his former team, Baron Davis is no doubt the best player so far in the playoffs, but i think the Jazz can match up their size and speed. This is a good match up especially between Davis and Deron Williams, however with Boozer and Okur and Krilenko (my guy!!) i think the Warriors will have a hard time on crashing the boards to start their up tempo, run and gun, fastbreak game. Utah in 5 games...

with a very small line-up...that is quite hard to accomplish...not impossible but hard. As seen in both games, Boozer wills his way inside the paint. But it is true, it is all about adjustments. Come games 3 and 4, we'll see those adjustments. Will they work? We just have to find out... toast::

They slowed Boozer down. Not enough, but its there. They tried to deny him the ball and rebound.

hehehe...mavs fan talaga ako...kaso di talaga destined para sa kanila....malaki ang chance ng warriors pumasok sa finals...pero they need to have the same intensity and heart para talunin ang jazz and kung cno man ang winner sa suns vs. spurs game....pero they have the talent and are capable of going to the NBA finals...

 Warriors ! they just spanked Utah by 20! Baron was a stud as usual ... dunking on Kirelenko's grill !
also doing a 360 degree turnaround on Okur and Williams.
It's not over yet .. Utah can still lose if they're not careful ...
Its should be 2-1... Warriors  anyway, They just gave game two away ... oh yeah , they made 15 three pointers !

If they are to win the series, they need to change strategies.. Hitting all those 3 pointers can't happen every game.. they still need to find a way to stop boozer.. Man, that guy's on BOOZE!!  laffman::

that's right...as the saying goes..."you live with the 3's and die with the 3's." Just look at the fate of the Mavericks and Suns for a few years now. Long shots, not just 3's, are not always there. Inside game is essential to a team's offense. Shooting nearer has higher probability of making a shot than farther right?

and yes, they really need to stop C-Booz in the middle. even with the loss in game 3, a 19 and 11 stat by Boozer is still being consistent on his part. Just so happens that Warriors offense really clicked that night. As I've always said in these forums, defense wins the game in the Playoffs. A team's offense has a higher probability of being off one night compared to its defense. Why take your chance with the higher risk?

it's already 3-1 Utah. as i've mentioned above, 3's will win a game for them and lose a game for them. Sadly, the Warriors took too much 3's and barely made some. And once again, C-Booz willed his way in the paint again...i really want to see the Warriors move to the next round, but a very significant adjustment is needed to keep their hopes alive.

it was good while it lasted, Utah won 100-87....we'll just see next season.
