ano masasabi nyo sa mga players na nagbabago ng jersey number,especially sa nba?like kobe bryant dati number 8 yung jersey number nya,now 24.and also amare stoudamire dati number 32 gamit nya but now 1.

it's because to change their image.....

to express their new talents and desire to the audience......

its ok 2 change jersey numbers. most player change no. to change their luck...
mayb kobe changed his, thinking he can win a championship with the new jersey no.
while, amare changed his, to have an injury free season.

there are no connection on that really, its pure for luck...

Stoudemire has changed his jersey number from 32 to 1 starting 2006-07 season. When asked the reason why he said that it was because he wants this season to be a "new beginning" for him.

1. It's the second half of his career. (Ginagaya si Michael Jordan nung nagpalit siya 23 to 45)

2. To boost jersey sales. (Kobe's jersey sales went down in the last few years)

3. To prove that he's better than Michael Jordan. (23 + 1 = 24)

4. It's part of his public/image rehabilitation. (an admitted philanderer at best, a suspected rapist at worst)
