Yesrterday, Oct 8, 2016, 3 people died here in Malabon. They were gunned down in broad daylight. Only one of them was on the drugs watch list. the two others i dont know much of the details if they were also inside the vehicle or bystanders. But two innocents died.

Last week, another person who was in the drugs watch list was gunned down on his bed right beside his grandson.

Nasaan ang due process? Hindi pa ba matatawag na EJK iyan? Lumalakas ang loob ng pulis and criminals alike dahil sa mga statements na binibitawan ng Pangulo. Namimis-interpret nila ang sinasabi ni Du30. Alam ko nagpapakatotoo lang si Du30, sasabihin nya gusto nyang sabihin, kaya lang may masamang epekto na.

Personally, nakakatakot pa rin lumabas ngayon dahil sa killings, lumalakas loob ng lawless elements (including police) pumatay. Nabawasan nga ang ibang crimes pero yung napapatay, 3000 in 3 months... totoo nga sabi ni Du30, war on drugs will be bloody... pero hindi lahat ng namatay ay lumaban.

Siguro madali lang mgkumento sa mga bagay n ganyan ilagay nyo sarili nyo s mga pulis at kriminal.. Hindi madali ang manghuli ng criminal lalo n pag walang testigo at hindi lahat ng namamatay pulis agad may kagagawan lalo n sa mga vigilante killings.. Naglilinis din ng hanay nila ang mga drug lords lalo n ung mga ayaw ng magtulak o gumamit dahil s OPLAN TOKHANG or s drug war o kaya ung mga ayaw ng sumuporta s knila.. Pag once na pinasok mo ang drug trade or suportahan ito wag mong expect n mkakalabas k ng buhay alam ng mga yan ang pinasok nila lalo na pg nagkagipitan.. I believe na yang mga tulak n yan pag maputi na ang buhok nila saka lang sila mgbabago.. Face the truth guys kung sino pa mga kriminal sila pa ang kinatatakutan ng mga pulitiko or pulis dati buti n lng dumating si DU30 sila nmn ang takot ngaun.. Marami n rin ang namamatay dati ano ba pagkakaiba s ngaun??.. Siguro dati mga inosenteng sibilyan lagi laman ng balita ngaun nmn kriminal na either pusher/user.. Mas ok n ako s mga balita ngaun na mga salot s lipunan ang namamatay kesa noon walang takot ang mga kriminal kung pumatay..

I feel sorry for the innocents but for not understanding the situation of the police duty parang preferred niyo pa na wag nalang sila gumawa ng operations.

Wag na sana tayo umasa na there is a more peaceful way or tanong ko nga is baka meron kayong alam ilahad nyo na para marefer na natin yan sa law enforcement.

Walang mala-kenshin himura sa mga pulis na kaya magpataob ng maraming kriminal ng hindi nakakapatay at kaya umiwas sa mga bala.  Wishful thinking nalang ang inaasam nyo.

Ejk imo is the action of criminals. Wag nyo naman idamay ang buong sistema ng law enforcement. (Criminal ka na rin kung pulis ka pero gumagawa ng katarantaduhan).

Naaassociate lagi e which is hindi naman tama and unfair for those loyal to our country that is only doing their duty.

Bilang na bilang lang yan dahil nalilinis narin naman ang mga taong sangkot. Kahit hindi aggressive ang war on drugs, incidents like that are already happening. And for the past incidents na expose sila nababawasan narin sila.

As I've said pro dutertes like it at the expense of the few dead innocents while the rest doesn't. And sabi ko nga dahil aggressive masyado ang war on drugs e mas madami ang nagsasamantala sa pag kakataon. E yung mga pulis nga na sangkot e puro mga under investigation lang at tanggal lang sa trabaho samantalang yung mga bikitima patay na.

PERO pag dumating ang pagkakataon na ang kaibigan/ kamaganak mo o IKAW mismo na alam mong malinis at innocente talaga ang nadamay sa issue nato. paniguradong iikot ang tumbong mo, mauubos ang buhok mo at magmumuka kang matanda sa edad mo kakahanap ng HUSTISYA at magtatanong: "NASAN ANG DUE PROCESS?"... pero kanino ka lalapit? sang ahensya ka lalapit na alam mong makakatulong sayo.. (lets be reminded that they are government and we are citizens)?

Kaya i wish us all the luck na wala sa mga ka-espiya ko ang makakaranas neto within the next 6 years (minus 100 days) of our lives.

May media mentality narin pala yung iba dito. They only highlight a part of the whole post then disregard the other points. That being said, im done with this thread.

Mashado na kasi na highlight yang 3,000+ na namatay and allegedly because of EJK.
- based on police records nasa 1500 lang ang related to drugs the others are from other incidents
- 14,000 have been captured and alive based on police operations
- hundreds of thousands of drug addicts and drug pushers have surrendered because of their new oplan thing.
- based on Cayetano's presentation, from 2010 up to 2015, on average the numbers of murder incidents were actually higher than the average from the past 3 months of the new administration

hindi ako sure sa mga numbers. based on memory lang sa mga napanood kong hearing about EJK.

people are so fixated on the 3000+ EJK and its because of de lima and trillanes which we all know has a different agenda

Of the 3000+ dead in this war mas madami ang namatay via suspected ejk/vigilante justice kesa sa ligitimate police operations.

Tanong ko lang sa mga supporters, anong action ang ginagawa ng PNP para mapigilan yung so called vigilante killings? As far are as I know thats against the law. Even if criminal pa yung pinatay, if its is not sanctioned by the law then its still murder. So ilang "vigilante" na po ba ang nahuli since the begining of this war?


I myself dont have any problem kung yung mga pinapatay eh mga criminal talaga. Yung tipong "beyond reasonable doubt" but we dont know that do we? Also, to those who think "colateral damages" are acceptable so long as criminals are killed. I wonder kung ganyan pa din ang magiging opinion nyo kung kayo oh pamilya nyo ang maging "collateral"

We also have to keep in mind that drug use/addiction does not equate to heinous crime. Hindi lahat ng user eh nagiging rapist oh mamamatay tao, so to judge the 3m drug users in this country as if all of them are mass murdering psychos is not fair as well..

Then there is the need for a longterm solution.. simply killing the users/pusher will not solve the drug problem. We must determine the root cause of this problem, the reason as to why hordes of people turn to illegal drugs and create programs that will adress them.

for a change in the way this topic is going, can't we think of a better solution for the drug menace? i mean, everything has it's pros and cons based on the discussion and there seems to be no clear cut solution to solve the issue... everybody wants a safer country and everyone wishes this problem to end... so, since we all agree on one thing, can't we give insights on a better way to minimize the possibility for ejks? 
for me, if possible, let members of the media and chr be present in all operations... that way, there will be eyewitnesses on the operations.. also, the possibility of all operatives to have cameras on them so that everything will be seen and recorded to serve as deterrent for possible foul plays...
