In a press conference at noon today, the President gave his assurance that government is running after those who misused government funds. The president adds, pork barrel funds will no longer be coursed through non-government organizations while funding for soft projects like fertilizers will now be prohibited. The president also says, government will strictly enforce public bidding for various projects.
