all i can say is avoid any kind of diet that would tell you you would lose weight..all fad diets will be successful at first but wait for 2 - 3 years and your weight will ome back. the important thing to remember is that eating 5-6 square meals a day (3 main meals and 2-3 snacks in between in a span of 3 hours in betwwen meals) will help supply the body with all the nutrients it needs and will boost the metabolism in which would help you lose those extra pounds. have a regular routine of exercise in which you enjoy and drink a lot of water. this is a better method in which you shed fat and you will not sarifice your lean mass.

@personal23: Personally I agree with you, pero this forum is all about information naman e.

@asanti: Panglahat ba iyang menu na iyan? Bakit nauso ang south beach meals na for delivery? Hindi ba siya kayang lutuin sa bahay lang?

hindi ako gumagamit ng delivery na diet foods , what i do i concentrate on what to avoid and coupled it with 30 minute running every day to keep fit

what i posted here is the south beach diet for the first month only , to lessen the cravings for sweets which could lead to over eating , but i am not an expert in diet i just posted it here for those willing to try....

more information better spies he he he
