Gonorrhea causes pain mam. gonorrhea in female is accompanied by a burning sensation and pain felt while urinating and can cause significant pain if the infection increases and has spread to the fallopian tube and/or in the STOMACH.

Although the TS stated that the GF has a white discharge and gonorrheal infection produces yellow discharge which is usually the most common sign of infection. It still does not discount that it MIGHT be gonorrhea, that's why reading/going back to my original comment that i said "It might be".
Pero were not here to talk about who's right or wrong between the two of us. Kaya it would be better na nga lang na hindi sya mag self medicate dahil baka lalong lumala especially when dealing with antibiotics. at magpatingin na lang sa doctor.
