Mga Ka-Espiya, tanong ko lang kung may alam kayong mga P.I. sa Bacolod City/Negros Occidental? And how much would they usually charge. My good friend is asking about this kasi she doubts her husband is doing something fishy. She is outside of the Philippines.

Actually, ang ipa P.I. is residing just outside Bacolod City...but maybe doing his thing sa Bacolod, sa ila lugar or somewhere else.
