Anyone know how to edit video clips?

I have some long video clips but I just want to cut down the clips and same certain portions of it. What do I need or have to do in order to that?

ummm u can use windows movie maker..
umm.. pare, paalala lang.. u can only post 3 threads a day.. hinay hinay lang.. pangatlo mu na ata to eh.. ;)

Okey thanks.

There's a rule about amount of threads a day? That's a new rule for a messageboard. I'm not SPAMing so I don't see what is wrong with that but I'll reframe from it from now on.

to edit video clips, you will need a video editing software. you can use windows movie maker but its not very good for editing. its suitable mostly for joining clips, etc

but for editing, i recommend you use another software. i can suggest adobe premiere. if that is too advance for you, you can use video edit magic (ito gamit ko)

correct ko lang yung post ni bettina

hjsplit is used for joining or splitting files.. not editing

so you cant use hjsplit to edit your movies, just split it into parts

take note that when you split the file, you wont be able to view it until you have joined them again (since they will have a different extension .001, .002, etc)

actually i was able to watch clips with extension .001,.002, etc. without joining the clips. what i did was renaming the file by deleting the .001 extension

I uploaded some videos from our camcorder and it is in mpg format and is divided into clips. I want to make a movie out of it. I tried using windows movie maker but i feel its not too flexible. Can anyone suggest where i can download Adobe Premiere

nee mo ng video edit magic..madaling pagaralan meron siyang flash tutorial...magagawa mo kung anong gusto mong gawing sa mga vidio clips mo....
