Mag sit-ups ka tol everyday. para push up lang ang routine.

Diet. rule of thumb. remove fats and you'll have abs. don't waste your time and energy crunching everyday doing 200 sit ups hehe. change your lifestyle first, eating habits. :D

Agree ko dito.. bawasan mo rin kung may bisyo ka. i started working abroad I was 50kG after 7 yrs ..............85kg. ngaun nagbabawas na ko its been 2 months narin i started dieting, sit-ups, doing some cardio rin now Im 82KG,

Tama si pareng leightot. You need to lose yung fat muna sa gut mo kasi kapag yung workout sa tyan magkakamasel ka pero mas lalaki yung tyan mo dahil may masel under ng belly fat.

just do it... wag mo muna isipin yang diet diet kung di ka pa nagworkout... try mo gsp rushfit puro freeweights lang exercise at dumbbells lang kailangan... ako hindi nagcocontrol ng dami sa pagkain...ginagawa ko lang basta kapag may choice ka iwas lang kumain ng mga nakalata, plastic, fast foods, etc... more on lutong bahay

isa lang yan sa mga workout routine... mga 8 ata routine... testing mo muna kung ilang rounds kaya mo... huwag mo pilitin kung di kaya ng isang bagsak... hatiin mo na lang
kalokohan yun puro sit-up lang sinasabi tapos magkaka six pack ka na... lipat ka na gym pag ganun trainer mo

Ito rin pinoproblema ko ngayon eh. Dati lumilitaw na abs ko, eh nadepressed. Yari. Balik sa chubby life. Kailangan na magdecide for a big change.

well..kung gusto nyo talaga bumaba yang weight nyo..ito gamit ko..sundin nyo :)) in half a month 5kls nawala saken :)) Punta kayo google tapos search nyo doon - calorie per day calculator.
malaking tulong yan sa mga gustong pumayat..kasi nagiging concious kayo sa mga kinakain nyo..remember sa mga gustong gumanda ang katawan. -Don't worry about perfection, worry about action. ^_^ Just my 2 cents.

Abs ng di nag gi-gym? Isa lang sagot dyan. Lower your body fat percentage. Now your question is "how to lower body fat percentage without going to the gym?". There are plenty of ways to skin a cat. And the since your asking for exercises start doing m100s (google) or anything aerobic and tests your cardiovascular endurance. Actually the videos from Mike Chang / sixpackshortcuts are ok. I used to watch his videos for exercises that could be done at home.
The next important thing is to watch your diet. We can go all day here discussing what and how to eat, but start by avoiding alcohol.

/Agree ako sa last text mo tol :)) hahahaha...yung gusto kung katawan yung kay Mike Chang..yung mey laman ^_^ tsaka yung pangpa abs ko ehh sa bahay ko lang ginagawa..Chest,Shoulder,Traps,Triceps,Back,Biceps at Legs sa Gym :)

mag suot ka ng batman o superman na costume. yung pang movie talaga. di mo na poprolemahin abs mo pati na shoulders, arms at legs maskulado na.
pag suot mo na sir papicture ka tapos post mo dito para sa gold finger.

5kls is way not normal for losing weight
some suggest 3 kilos/month
some doctors suggest 2kilos/month
may tawag sila dyan false losing weight ito yung initial phase na binabawasan muna yung pagkain mo the body will use glycogen stored in the liver and the by product will be water kaya kapag umihi sobrang dami then sudden weight loss abot 2 kilos this is the reason some people thought na ganun kabilis mag-papayat then succeeding days e frustrated sila dahil hindi ganun kabilis magbaba yung weight nila

Di naman ako nagbabawas ng pagkain sir Idiot..ang ginawa ko ehh i'm more concious na sa mga kinakain ko..tsaka Physical Training na rin...at yung mga lugar na kaya lakarin, nilalakad ko nalang kahit medyo malayo for a better result :D
