NEDA - Ms. Solita (magaling daw syang economist)
Foreign Affairs - Mr. Dick (magaling daw syang maghimok ng foreign investors gaya ng ginawa nya sa Subic)
DENR - Ms. Loren (environmentalist daw sya)
The first six months can be handled by Mr. Erap which is enough time to crush all rebellion in Mindanao. After six months, Mr. Erap yields the power to Mr. Manny. During the six month period, Mr. Manny can start a nationwide housing program together with a nationwide infrastructure program being pursued vigorously by Mr. Bayani. Innovative financing can be created with Mr. Manny Pangilinan handling this. During the one year, there will be voted constitutional convention delegates so they can change the Constitution within six months. The Constitutional delegates can fix an election within one year.
With the kind of political maturity that we have, I dont think the country is prepared for a Parliament type so we can go back to the Presidential model with four-year Presidential term but federal on the local level para there will be devolution of powers and funds. There will be a Commission headed by the former Chief Justice to resolve all cases of GMA, Marcoses, all past election fraud cases, Ampatuan massacre and other celebrated killings for a period of three months. Dalawang dekada na ang Marcos cases eh wala pang resolution and it will be the same again for GMA cases so kailangan tapusin na rin agad mga ito.
Then, let Mr. Noynoy collect all the proper taxes from Lucio Tan, Ayala, Henry Sy, et al. Mga kasama nya mga nasa Makati Business Club at mga members nyan ang mga di nagbabayad ng tamang buwis.
