i travel alot, i want to bring internet with me. is there any service provider that offers fast internet? i also download, parang normal internet, and are the speeds near fiber capable? ive seen sa mga ads ung mga wifi internet etc..

this depends on the location. kasi hindi pa buong bansa pareho na lahat na say LTE na. so there will be places na baka 3G or even EDGE lang ang makukuha mong internet via wireless. kung sa area na yun ay ang available lang na network tower is 3G, hanggang 3G lang ang makukuha mo kahit pa LTE capable ang device na gamit mo
that being said, having an LTE gadget would be better choice since pag may LTE, then you can enjoy LTE pag wala, then you still can get 3G

is there a cap? what the heck is this? it says there's limit to everything..certain amount of tweets, youtube etc..

kung local travel lang naman, bring along several LTE prepaid sims and a 4G capable dongle, that's what I do.. 50GB limit/ sim / month x N sims for 50php/day is well worth it. walang daily cap. Pero as sir bodieph said, hindi lahat ng area may appropriate signal.
yung nabasa mo sir baka yan yung breakdown nung what you can do with that much cap

really depends on what location you are in, like in my case im parañaque near the airport mahina globe dito, pero smart have LTE signal here. what I suggest is you buy the LTE sticks of Smart, Globe and Sun. Then keep in handy mga load cards nila so if you are scheduled to go to an area you can use the appropriate stick. I know it sucks but if you need it, its better than nothing :)

Just a small suggestion, don't buy the LTE sticks, buy the prepaid sim + 4g openline dongles (3 - 5k dongle + 50 peso sim cards) then preload each sim you have with 50 pesos / or w/e minimum load for 1 day unlisurf pero keep some load cards handy still in case walang paloadan (which is rare); the reasoning behind this is dahil malakas kumain load pag naiwan mo open yung connectivity when the promo expires, when you have exact load, wala sila makakain. :D
