your basic salary dived by 160...

i.e. if your basic salary is SR 2,000 then divide it by 160 = 12.5...therefore, your rate per overtime is SR 12.5/hour...so if you are getting 100 OT per month...you will receive SR 1,250.00 OT/month and your total salary per month will be SR 3,250.00...

Also, if your salary is in dollar...you have to multiply it by 3.75 per 1 dollar (i.e. 750 X 3.75 = SR 2,812.00 (divide this with 160)...

Sir fei long, kindly enlighten me in your post.

As I understand from your explanation above, ung SR 12.5 (2000/160) is your regular rate per hour. Parang lumalabas kasi na ung OT rate is equal lang sa regular rate...

Normally kasi mas mataas ung OT rates kaysa regular rates, for example normal OT in the Philippines is 25% higher. So if ang regular rate mo is Php 12.5 then ang OT mo per hour is Php 15.625. (12.5 x 125%)

Thank you sir.

tama ka bro...ung overtime pay mo per hour will be based on your basic salary...kaya kung malaki ang basic mo, mas malaki ang OT pay mo...

- BASIC SALARY / 160 = OVERTIME PAY

Dude...

just from my experience sa OT sa company namin..heto computation.

Regular Rate per Hour = Basic / 30 / 8 [Saudi Labor Law Standard]
 -i.e. SR 5000 (Basic) / 30 (days in a month) / 8 (hours per day) = SR 20.83

Regular Rate per hour X 1.5 = OT Rate
 - SR 20.83 (Regular Rate) X 1.5 (Saudi Labor Law OT %) = SR 31.25

Overtime = OT Rate X [No. of hours worked]
 - SR 31.25 X 50 hours (Assuming you worked for 50 extra hours in a month) = SR 1,562.50

with this kind of overtime... marami kana mabibiling extra at pang extra curricular  ::)

mas mataas pala sa inyo..
samin eh

OT PAY = Basic Salary x 12 / 365 / 8 x 1.5

Basta in short eh, OT Pay eh 150% ng hourly rate mo.
Part of getting a second chance is taking responsibility for the mess you made in the first place.

or para mas madaling ma-compute yung OT mo on a monthly basis;

say monthly salary mo is 3,000 SR and you're working for 8 hours per day. sa amin kasi ang monthly hours of work is 240 hours (30 x 8). medyo lugi nga lang dahil isinama nila ung Fridays. and sa Saudi law of 150% of your hourly rate:
