Saudization
« on: July 18, 2011, 07:50:42 pm »
Has anyone heard about this saudization??  ::investigate

I just heard this info that government of saudi arabia will not be accepting or limiting number of filipino workers.. They will be now focusing on training and having their own manpower in saudi..

I just want to confirm.. At mayroon na daw napauwi because of this in the government sector..

Yes its true, dont  have enough details pero ang masasabi ko lang inimplement na nila ang color code category ng mga workers which are Green (di actually affected); Yellow (starting from this year you are limited to work for the company/establishment for 6 years); and Red (automatically exit ka na after your ongoing contract, even me re-entry visa ka pagdating sa airport tatatakan na ng immigration ng exit ang passport mo.)

Color code category or Nitaqat system is not based on workers skills but to the number of Saudi's employed to a company.   A company must have a 10% or more saudi employed to have a green mark category.  If a company didn't meet the quota (10%) the company will fall under Yellow or Red mark category.  The Nitaqat system clearly states that companies belong to Yellow and Red categories are not anymore allowed to renew their workers iqama or work permit.

Hope this will help.

hindi nila kaya mag saudization, dahil walang saudi na mag lilis sa kalye & mag tratrabaho bilang construction worker. they just proved that their citizens are big fat lazy ass. if you have a good & outstanding performance sa job mo then dont be afraid of this, yung napa alis ay yung mga taong hindi maganda ang performance, hindi nga nila mapaalis ang mga puti na dahl lang sa PASSPORT color malaki na ang sahod ng mga hinayupak! wala namang alam sa work. Arabs like to have a cup of tea, jigarah, & telephone.... and they hate jobs!

saudization

kailangan pa den nila Pinoy kase kaya ba nilang maglinis kalye, mag-kabit ng pipe, mag-welding, maging food server or waitress, taga-linis ng linen

syempre gusto nila ng mga yan manager status or supervisory

same thing din yan sa UK at ibang bansa kaso lang yung dirty jobs almost not all mga non-british paden ang gumagawa kahit na may policy silang mga EU or bristish first
