OFWs in Abu Dhabi

Mga Kabayans,

Nakatanggap ako ng offer mula sa isang multinational sa Abu Dhabi. Bago ko tanggapin ang nasabing offer, gusto ko sanang malaman ang mga sumusunod mula sa ating mga kabayan sa nasabing lugar:

1. Magkano po ba ang typical na sahod ng isang Technician o Engineer sa isang telecom company ??
2. Magkano at paano naman ang housing at accomodations sa Abu Dhabi ??
3. Di po ba naman mahirap at delikado ang pagta-trabaho sa UAE ??

dependi sa nationality meron kc range un eh

ikaw newbie ka or under probitionary sa isang company me kaibigan ako nag work sa etisalat yan kc ang malaking company dito about telecommunication

full package at saka ang ganda ng benipesyo makukuha mo kc goverment yan expect 8 thousand dirhams to 12 thou or more dependi sa position mo sang project ka naka assign


pero kong sa telecommunication na mga subcontractor lng ng etisalat ...

6 thousand to 8 thousand or more

if you'll be hired by etisalat -- be happy if you can get at least 5k or more as starting salary .. bawi ka naman sa benefits such as subsidy and allowances.. plus mabilis ang increase kapag maganda ang trabaho mo and un accomodation mo is usually covered by the employer, and if it is indeed etisalat, medyo maganda ang accomodation mo kasi govermnent owned company yan.

Agree ako kay toycar at chirazpatrick, sa ganung presyo nga naglalaro ang sweldo sa etisalat, about accomodation, kung magisa ka lang pwede kang makishare ng room, sa Dubai mga 800 to 1000 AED ang rate ng "ok na" na tulugan, may kasama ka sa kwarto, depende sa laki ng kwarto, pero basically talagang tulugan lang iyon, double deck kadalasan yun kama, sa mga nakikita ko lang ito ha sa loob ng 3 years ko sa DUbai, balita ko sa Abu Dhabi ay mejo ok, mas mura, at hindi siksikan, hindi naman nakkatakot dito, basta susunod ka lang sa batas nila, matunong kang rumespeto ng kapwa tao, igalang ang ibang lahi, makakasurvive ka na. Opinyon ko lang ito, hintayin mo rin ang ibang sasabihin nung iba nating kapatid dito Espiya...

tama nga sabi nila pre, kapag etisalat ang company, siguro ang DU ganun din kasi malalaking companies yan dito. hindi naman nakakatakot, parang pinas lang ang daming pinoy, kahit saan may pinoy syempre madami rin ibang lahi. respect sa batas nila and respect sa ibang tao ok lang. lahat meron dito, wala lang beerhouse....  ;D pero makaka inom ka naman kaya dont worry. kung trip mo rin gimikan disco madami din. ako personally i would prefer living in abu dhabi kesa sa dubai, dahil sa cost of living, pero syempre maganda talaga sa dubai, maganda mamasyal. goodluck pre, at sana magkita kita tayo sa corniche.... hehehe

eto natuloy na din sa abu dhabi.... kung meron taga AUH sa inyo baka pwede magkita-kita tayo... toast::
