Nag pa upgrade ako ng bayantel speed ko and during the process pinalitan nila ako ng Modem nila na ZTE with WiFi Capabilities.

Sabi nila DHCP/Dynamic IP ang connection (Plug and Play lang daw). Pero once na nilagay ko na sa DHCP un router ko nawawala na yun internet access. Tpos pinag pipilitan niya na hindi na raw advisable ikabit ang router sa wifi modem nila.

I tried many settings pero wala parin, Naka encounter na ba kayo ng ganito?

I have same model of modem wifi. I just turn off the wifi and use my own router kasi panget ng reception ng wifi modem nila. it works fine for me, upon setting up DHCP din. try mo ulit TS im using tplink router.

^^same here. the tech himself admitted that their wifi only has limited range so I just connected the modem to my router.

may wifi ba yun? bayantel din dito sa office, zte modem din binigay. ang alam ko lang modem router siya, so you have to disable the dhcp on the zte one para hindi magconflict sa router. i also use my router for wireless

btw, business plan yan, you can request for static IP instead of dynamic
