Have you heard of Large Format Silk Screen painting?
Yun kasi yung sinastart kong business dito sa Cebu. I married a Cebuana so I decided to put up a business here. Tinutulungan din kami ng uncle nya to get an accreditation from a Multinational Company operating here in Cebu.
However, being new in Cebu, nahihirapan akong makakuha ng contacts/suppliers dito for my business.
Kumpleto nako lahat.. DTI, BIR, Mayors Permit, and all other permits. Meron nakong equipment kaso kulang pa.
I would like to ask for help ng mga ka-espiya on this. The business is Large Format Silk Screen Printing.
Alam ninyo yung mga nasa probinsya na nakikita nyo sa mga tindahan pag nadadaanan sa gilid ng kalsada na "PEDRO'S SARI SARI STORE"? Yan yung balak kong i-negosyo dito sa Cebu. Yung friend ko na nag encourage sakin na mag business ng ganito, told me na walang gumagawa nun dito sa Cebu. Yung manufacturing nya is in Manila.
Client kasi ng friend ko na yun si RC Cola. Kakabukas lang ng RC Plant sa Compostela sa Cebu. Alam nyo ba na nagpagawa pa si RC ng ganun sa manila at sinakay sa RORO.. kasi nga, walang gumagawa nun dito.

Most of us alam naman siguro young concept ng silkscreen sa tshirts diba.. sobrang dami na kasi nun. Ganun din yung concept.. may screen din tapos ihahagod yung paint..
Yes mga Ka-espiya, Silk Screen and method kung papano ginagawa yan. Example, if the requirement is 100 pieces ng ganyan, hindi mo naman pwedeng ipa-paint sa artist yan na consistent yung image. Baka manginig na kamay ng artist mo.
Anyway, need ko lang po help sa mga contacts/suppliers. If you know anything na pwede kong contact para makatulong na mag supply ng mga requirements ko, i would gladly appreciate it.
Im currently looking for suppliers of the following:
1. Silk screen Mesh (Grade: 120T) - naka roll ito, parang tarpaulin. Average length is 50 meters and width is 1.5 meters lang.
Ang requirement ko kasi is may width na 2.5 meters.
2. Frame Adhesive - ang gamit ko na frame is aluminum. pinafabircate ko at malaki (10 x 5.5 feet). Meron sinuggest na Bondy Contact Cement pero walang ganun brand dito sa Cebu.
3. Emulsion
4. Squeegee with aluminum handle (length = 51 inches)
5. UV Flourescent bulbs
6. Second Hand digital tarpaulin printer (para sa color separation ng image)
7. Photo positive film (para pay printan ng image na na-color separate; they are selling this na in quantities na per Roll)
8. Tarpaulin Paper Supplier
9. Sticker Paper Supplier
10. Pana flex, Sintra Boards, and other Advertising Paraphernalias.

Marami yung advertising materials na kailangan ng multinational company na yun. Ikakalat kasi sa Tacloban, Samar, Ormoc, Leyte and Bohol. Kung meron kasing gumagawa nun dito sa Cebu, mas prefer nila kasi added cost pa yung shipping from Manila to the Visayas Region.
Lastly, I am in need of Production Supervisor - yung knowledgeable in all aspects of advertising. Alam kung anong dapat na materials for this requirement, san makakabili, etc.
Also, kapag naacredit ako ng multinational company na yun, mag hahanap ako ng job-outs. Kung advertising company kayo, pwede tayong mag usap for that.
