PC Hub cheapest.. but syempre order basis, hindi naman sila magsstock ng maraming high end parts without sure buyers e, swerte mo kung may stocks.

P.S. medyo off yung build mo, particularly yung choice of MB, RAM, and CPU. also, go SSD ka na kung gaming rig.

::laffman

Ram = 4gig is not enough, better get a 2x4 kit para mas mura.
PSU= PLEASE lang. dont get a HEC psu, hindi sufficient and 12v rails nyan at prone to sunog and overheating yan. For a little more you can get a seasonic  620 which is a top notch brand. naka caps yung please kasi masasayang lang yung high end parts mo kung mag titipid ka sa psu at masusunog lang rig mo.

sayang ang i7 tapos dun lang sa B150 chipset mobo, B150 is the lowest for skylake. you will have less room for upgrades (i.e. only 1 GPU slot, no raid support, less ports, etc). why not go for H170 instead, downgrade the processor, use the savings to upgrade the mobo, RAM

as for PSU, the HEC cougar should be fine, most of HEC Compucase PSUs are rated tier two/three (meaning its about in the middle of the pack). Also, the older version of the CMX 700 had some problems but it has been fixed in both the v2 and v3, the problem is there is nothing on the PSU that will tell you what version it is

magkano ba budget? we can adjust the specs better if we know how much we are working with

PS
Tier 1 provides the best quality power, great for overclocking and super high-end systems.
Tier 2 offers almost as good power and stability as Tier 1 at comparable wattage levels with lower price/better availability.
Tier T offers the high quality components of Tier 2 with slightly less rail stability due to Topower internals.
Tier3 is ONLY recommended if price difference is present between Tier 3 andTier 2 or due to availability issues with Tier 1/2 PSUs.
Tier 4 is recommended for stock or low power systems if Tier 3's are more expensive or are not available.
Tier 5 power supplies are NOT RECOMMENDED, but some brands have high/medium quality power supplies in Tiers 2 through 4.

and if your using K series processor  and your planning to do OC on it , the H100s are the best choice for it

and if your not planning to do OC then don't use the K series it will be pointless

45-48K? ang taas na nun ah, why limit it to the specs mentioned above?

for 45-48k you can get something like this

i5-6600 (11k)
H170 gaming mobo (7K)
16GB DDR4 RAM (5k)
1TB SATA HDD (3k)
Seasonic M12II 750W (4k)
GTX960 2GB (10k)
Noctua NH-D14 (3.5k) - almost the same as closed loop liquid cooler but a lot cheaper (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nepton-280l-tundra-td02-water3.0-pro-reserator3-max,3607.html)
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M (4k)

prices are estimate, the actual might be lower or higher by a few hundred or so. if you can get good deals, you might be able to save enough to be able to afford a 120GB SSD which costs around 3k

Get an i5, a better GPU and more RAM.. Kung for gaming yung video card ang mag dadala dyan so yun dapat ang priority, not the CPU.. Also, unless may plano mag overclock, no point in getting a "K" cpu and a high-end mobo..

Bottle-neck , mag i5 ka nalang since 960 lang yung card mo , or maybe get a i7-4790 or the K series

or maybe get at least the Zotac AMP GTX 970 , or some 980Ti as your card sayang lang 6700K even an 4790K kung  naka 960 ka lang

and get an aftermarket water rads if your planning to do OC ,it will burn the hell out of your CPU , i see some builds even tho they are using Corsair GTX100s their temps are hot lalo na nasa pinas

does the software you will be using for digital sculpting take advantage of multiple threads? if yes, then ok the i7 makes sense. but if no, then it really doesn't matter if the processor is i7, i5 or i3 as the more important factor will be clock speed

take note that while some software will be able to take advantage of it, most will not (i.e. the process is fixed to use only a certain amount of processing capacity so even if you have say 12 cores/threads, if the software is only designed to use say 4, it will only use 4. its better to have a higher clock speed than more cores/threads). to be more specific, take the case of photoshop, as per review specifically to test its multicore performance

Quote
"Most actions in Photoshop are either single threaded or lightly threaded. This means that you will get the exact same performance whether your system has two CPU cores or twenty CPU cores. For these actions, a CPU with a high operating frequency is key."

in that case I would still recommend going down to i5 and get a SSD (or an M.2 if you have the budget). a change to SSD from regular SATA HDD will give more benefit than changing from i5 to i7. like other software, zbrush benefits better on having higher clock speeds than number of cores/threads (although 8 threads running at a lower clock speed is still  better than 4 threads running at higher clock speed). I have not come across specific multithread performance of zbrush though so not sure if it will be able to utilize all threads effeciently

but, if you have the budget, then go i7 AND get an M.2/SSD
