help po please... sobrang bagal....

mga kaespiya, help naman poh...
Ang bagal sobra ng PC koh...
Kakabukas koh lang ,maghahang na agad..
lalo na pag gumagamit akoh ng internet, mga 5 seconds lang maghahang na agad... tas siguro afer 30 seconds aayos na ulet tas maghahang na ulit... ganun lang nang ganun, di koh magamit ng ayos...
naScan koh na naman ng anti virus, (Norton AV), Wala naman daw... pero naghahang lagi...

Anoh poh dapat koh gawin..?

Help poh plese...
Windows Vista nga pala akin....

Try to uninstall and change the Anti-Virus. Masyado kasing mabigat ang Norton AV.

initial suspect kulang ram mo. you need atleast 1gig for vista processes alone .
